Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains how VPNLX handles data related to accounts, orders, and website use when providing cross-border access, network acceleration, international route subscriptions, and related website features. Please read the following before using the service. Continuing to use the website or user panel means you acknowledge the data practices described in this policy.

Data Collected and Purposes

Creating an account requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient. VPNLX does not make an email address mandatory for account creation. The account system processes usernames, authentication credentials, plan status, usage totals, and necessary account settings for authentication, subscription delivery, usage accounting, and account management.

After a plan is selected or payment is completed, the system retains order items, payable and paid status, payment channel, transaction status, and necessary identifiers associated with the order. These records are used to confirm service activation, process refund requests, reconcile accounts, and resolve order disputes. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat / USDT.

The marketing website may collect aggregated visit statistics, such as pages viewed on this site, referral pages, browser category, device category, and page error information. This helps determine whether content is easy to find, fix page issues, and improve site navigation. These website statistics are handled separately from the content accessed through network acceleration connections.

No-Logs Scope and Connection Data

VPNLX follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through network acceleration connections or which international applications they use, and it does not retain request records that could reconstruct browsing content. The service does not create an account-indexed history of access destinations.

The connection log retention policy is as follows: VPNLX does not create or retain long-term connection records that associate an account with a specific connection time, source network address, exit route, and access destination. To calculate plan usage, the system may process cumulative account usage and plan status, but this usage information does not include websites visited, transmitted content, or in-app activity. If troubleshooting requires users to provide diagnostic materials, those materials will be used only to address the relevant issue; users should review and remove unrelated sensitive content before submitting them.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary security status, allowing account state to persist when moving between pages. Disabling necessary storage may prevent login, plan management, or access to client downloads from working properly.

Identifiers required for visit statistics are used only to distinguish website sessions and aggregate page performance; they are not used to build cross-site browsing profiles. Browsers generally allow users to view, clear, or restrict cookies and local storage. After clearing them, saved login status and preferences may need to be configured again.

Payment Processing and Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by the relevant payment channel. Payment account details submitted on a payment page are received and handled by that channel under its own rules. VPNLX generally receives only the payment result, order identifier, amount, and status information needed to complete an order. Payment channels may retain transaction records under their own terms, and their processing is governed by their privacy rules.

Except where necessary to complete payments, provide infrastructure, maintain website analytics, or meet applicable requirements, VPNLX does not provide external services with content accessed through network acceleration connections. Services involved in data processing receive only the information needed for the relevant purpose.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account and subscription data is retained while the account remains active. Order and payment status are kept for the period needed for accounting reconciliation, refund processing, dispute resolution, and applicable compliance requirements. Website statistics are retained only as needed for analysis and are deleted, aggregated, or disconnected from accounts once the purpose is fulfilled. Data within the no-logs scope is not separately retained for routine operations.

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data through the support ticket portal in the user panel. Before completing a deletion request, VPNLX may need to verify account ownership and address any pending orders or disputes. Order records that must be retained by law will be subject to restricted processing separately from ordinary account data and deleted once the retention requirement ends.

This page and its “Last updated” information will be revised when service processes, website features, or applicable requirements change. Important changes involving data purposes or user choices will be announced through the website or user panel. We recommend reviewing this page regularly before continuing to use the service.
