These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration, international route access, and related subscription services provided by VPNLX. By visiting this website, creating an account, or using a subscription, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please stop using the relevant services.
Service Scope
VPNLX provides network acceleration across 110+ countries and 210+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Routes are intended to improve cross-border access and connection paths when accessing international websites. Actual performance may be affected by your location, access network, device condition, destination, and route congestion.
Route regions, access methods, and client support may change as needed for maintenance, security, or operations. Scenario descriptions, route recommendations, and technical materials on this website are provided to help with selection and troubleshooting; they do not guarantee continuous access to any particular website, application, or content. Choose routes based on your actual use.
Account and Subscription Use
Creating an account does not require an email address; a username and password are sufficient. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, subscription links, and client access information, as well as all activity under your account. If your credentials may have been exposed, change your password promptly and stop using any subscription information that has been made public.
There is no device limit for simultaneous connections from one account, but use is limited to devices lawfully controlled by the account holder. You may not resell, rent, publicly share, or share your account or subscription links with others, nor may you use a subscription for unauthorized commercial services through bulk distribution, proxy access, or other means. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the difference is prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire.
Acceptable Use Requirements
When using VPNLX, you must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and where the destination you access is located, and independently confirm that your network activities serve a lawful purpose. You may not use the service to infringe others’ rights, distribute unlawful content, access systems without authorization, disrupt network operations, send malicious traffic, or engage in other unlawful activities.
You may not attempt to compromise service security mechanisms, probe non-public interfaces, interfere with other users’ normal access, or consume route resources heavily through automation. You are responsible for content, data, transactions, and legal obligations arising from your own actions. Network acceleration does not replace device protection, account security practices, or independent judgment about accessed content.
Service Availability and Liability
VPNLX may adjust its services as needed for route maintenance, system upgrades, security measures, and resource allocation. Connections may be interrupted, routes may switch, or some features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance. Effects caused by public network fluctuations, device configuration, changes to destination policies, third-party service failures, or other factors beyond reasonable control do not constitute a commitment to a fixed connection result.
You should save important materials and verify your client configuration. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNLX is not responsible for losses beyond the subscription service itself arising from incorrect configuration, exposed credentials, device failure, changes to third-party content, or failure to follow operating instructions.
Account Termination and Refunds
If you resell or share a subscription, repeatedly disrupt service operations, access systems without authorization, use the service for unlawful activities, or seriously violate these terms, VPNLX may restrict access, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account based on the level of risk. To verify unusual use, the service may ask you to submit the necessary explanation through the user panel.
You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of the first payment. Refund requests can be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel. Supported payment methods are Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment records, subscription status, and request details in the user panel will govern refund processing.
Changes and Governing Terms
VPNLX may revise these terms in response to changes in service scope, laws and regulations, security requirements, or operating rules. Revisions will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be changed. Significant changes affecting user rights or obligations will be presented through a visible notice on the website or in the user panel.
Continued use of the service after an update means that you accept the revised content. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective. Matters not expressly covered by these terms will be handled under applicable laws and regulations and the subscription rules selected by the user.
